UH Winter regatta is an annual regatta organised by United Hospitals' Boat Club, usually in late January.

RVCBC enters it's crews every year to compete against other crews that are part of UHBC, comprising of medical students in London.

The course length and location is the same as UH novice regatta, earlier in the year.
